Global Doctors Medical Group works in partnership with doctors to deliver high quality, community-based healthcare service. We seek to extend our services to the greater community by reaching out and developing our social responsibilities. For example, in 2018, Global Doctors Hospital raised RM163,000 for Malaysian Rare Disorders Society, National Autism Society and Childline Malaysia.

Other such ventures include:

Global Doctors, in conjunction with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) is providing free primary healthcare for all stateless people in Kuala Lumpur. We are currently providing diagnostic services such as X-Rays, MRIs, CT Scans and Mammograms as part of the first stage of this initiative.

An initiative that aims to form networks within the community. Coverage of 7.7 million population in Kuala Lumpur and about 50,000 population in the Mont Kiara and Segambut area. The initiative to provide the community with the latest news, information and special offers and partnerships with Global Doctors. SEHABAT aims to establish special offers such as: reductions in laboratory and radiology service fees (20%), free consultation (primary care service) up to 5 times in a year, and reductions of vaccination fees.

Global Doctors Hospital has adopted an old folk’s orphanage home, Asrama Cahaya Rumah Wanita Kurang Upaya U Convent, taking care of 37 people with special needs and provides free medical assistance for its residence.

Global Doctors also holds mass CPR drills for the community, in Mont Kiara. Additionally, we coordinate CPR drills for Top Glove Global Doctors (TGGD), as well.

The Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon is a venture that Global Doctors has been involved with for the past 5 years. We ensure all participants are cared for – should medical assistance be necessary. We are typically stationed at the Medical Bay with a fleet of 25 ambulances – including 15 riders and 5 doctors. All Global Doctors ambulances are equipped with AED systems, and all personnel are trained in its use.

Another way in which the Global Doctors community gives back, is through the KASIH programme. This refers to TGGD’s efforts in providing diagnostic services such as X-Rays, CT Scans, MRIs and Mammograms, at a subsidised rate (half of the original price), for foreign workers.
