Whether you require urgent medical attention or are scheduled for a planned procedure, we aim to do our best to deliver the highest standard of care throughout your hospital stay.

Documents to bring:

• Admission Letter
• Patient Identification (NRIC for Malaysian or Passport for foreign patient)
• Valid insurance card for insured patients
• Guarantee Letter for patients with corporate insurance coverage

During your stay

To ensure your utmost comfort during your stay, we encourage you to bring the following items:

• Towel
• Night attire/light comfortable clothing
• A pair of non-slip slippers
• Extra toiletries
• Reading materials

Complimentary meals will be provided daily, only for our patients. Please inform our team of your dietary restrictions, preferences and allergies.

Important Reminders for Your Stay

1. Deposit and/or Letter of Guarantee: To secure your admission, please be aware that all admissions require a deposit and/or a letter of guarantee.
2. Convenient Payment Options: We offer various payment methods for your convenience. You can settle your bills using cash, bank transfers, QR or any major credit card.
3. Safety of Your Valuables: We highly advise against keeping large sums of money, jewelry, or other valuables during your stay in the hospital. Please note that the hospital will not be held responsible for any loss of items.
4. Room Rate for Discharge: Please note that our hospital’s daily room rate is calculated from 12 noon to 12 noon the following day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our billing system.
5. Discharge Process:
   • After your doctor certifies your discharge, please allow about 2 additional hours for processing your bills and prescriptions. For those utilizing insurance, please allow for about 3 – 4 hours to process.
   • Once your bill is ready, our staff will inform you and provide a discharge slip for settling your bill.

• • Discover comfort and tranquillity in our premiere suite, spanning an expansive 600 square feet. Meticulously designed to offer both privacy and functionality, this private apartment is divided into a serene sleeping area and a spacious living and dining room area. Equipped with Air Conditioning, TV, en-suite bathroom, cozy couches, and ample space for dining, your recovery and relaxation will be catered to.

• • For patients who need some time to recover after a minor surgery, we have a 5 bed day care that also has a Cardiac Science Criticare patient monitor.

Rest assured as our dedicated team of round-the-clock nurses ensures your utmost well-being throughout your stay. 

• Visiting hours from 8am till 11pm to ensure your love ones always by your side as well as well rested.
• Visitors’ car park is available in the basement at the rate of RM3 per hour
• Kindly proceed to Level 2A using the elevator where our friendly team is ready to assist you
• Keep your voice low to ensure your love ones and other patients have a pleasant stay
